405 PERMACLEAR BONDING PRIMER
PERMACLEAR BONDING PRIMER is a premium quality water borne primer formulated with acrylic copolymer especially designed for water proofing. This premium product provides superior adhesion on concrete, galvanized metal, asphaltic roof single, roof tile, wood, masonry, plaster, and most of plastic substrates. This primer is to be used when applying any elastomeric coating
to any structural wood and concrete substrates.
Benefits:
Provide the best ground for top coating. Prevent from bleeding asphaltic
substances. No lifting due to a ponding water. Superior resistance to
efflorescence.

PERMAROOF is a premium quality water borne elastomeric white roof coating formulated with 100% acrylic polymer. This seamless durable coating provides highly reflective elastomeric roof coating, with reducing roof temperature while protecting and repair the underlying roof. This elastomeric coating adheres readily to most roofing substrates.

No primer on new roofs or roofs in sound condition may
be needed. Elastomeric coating - expands and contracts without cracking. Energy efficient - reflectance of 87% sun heat.
